My employer unfortunately uses BCBS and I'm required to get a yearly physical in order to qualify for the preferred premium reduction but there isn't a doctor within a 100 mile radius that accepts the insurance and is accepting new patients. Can I use an out-of-network doctor instead? I'm seriously considering dropping the insurance during open enrollment this November. Just too many hassles. I was better off without it.

If you are unable to locate a provider near you on our provider finder tool you can contact our customer service department at the number on your ID card or through the Message Center on your Blue Access for Members account and they can assist you. ~ Kayla
