Hello, If you have a plan through your employer you can contact your human resources department to request a copy of the plan benefit booklet which includes information on your coverage. If you have an individual plan you can sign in to your Blue Access for Members account to view this booklet.

You can also contact customer service at the number on your ID card or through the Message Center on your Blue Access for Members account to request benefit information for specific services. ~ Kayla
