I have BC/BS Gold PPO, I live in Texas, we've already met our $ 3,200 deductible and are about to meet our yearly out of pocket max. My expected due date is December 20th-31st 2018. I'd like to know how much should I expect to pay for labor and delivery costs at my local hospital, all bills inclusive , pediatrician, OB, anesthesia etc
