Why can't I pay my premium on line. The website does not provide for payment.

It states there is a pay premium tab on the website but not on mine. I absolutely HATE paying on the telephone and thought I had found an online option. IT DOESNT WORK!! I have even considered changing health insurance providers because making payment every month is such a pain in the neck.
