Dependent access to his own coverage

Does my dependents have online access to their coverage without accessing it through my account?I don't want them to access my information.

  • Hello, Your dependents who are over the age of 18 can create their own Blue Access for Members account to view their information. They will not be able to see your information.

    Please note, only the policy holder is able to view explanations of benefits (EOB) on their account; any dependent who creates an account will be able to see their claim information but will not be able to view the EOB. ~ Kayla
