Why is it so difficult to find out what the benefits are, what your coverage would be, what procedures are covered these days?

 Reps say you no longer print the benefit books, so how am I supposed to determine whether a plan will suit my needs when enrolling? I have called 4 numbers now, spoken to 2 people, left one message, sent a private message & nobody seems able or willing to find out. This is horrible, at least when choosing a new electricity provider they are required to give you all of the data, not just a paragraph or two of generic statements that answer very little & has exclusions noted without indicating which plan they apply to...
