Is regenerative cell therapy, aka stem cell therapy, for osteoarthritis of the knee a covered procedure?

I'm looking for options to repair,relieve the pain , of osteoarthritis pain in the knee.
right now my options are: 1) cortisone,steroid injections
2)uni compartiment surgery
3) total knee replacement surgery.
i have heard mixed reviews regarding stem cell/ regenerative cell therapy. just wondering if it's covered.
