Why is it that a physician (chiropractor) that I have used for many years (even while covered by BCBS before, and they covered my visits then) is suddenly 'not in the network'? This is a doctor I am most comfortable seeing and solves almost all of my health issues. Is there anything I can do about this?
Hello, I'm sure this is very frustrating. You will need to speak with your doctor to see why they are no longer in-network with us.
To locate a new provider who is in-network for your plan you can use our provider finder tool on our website - https://www.bcbstx.com/find-a-doctor-or-hospital. You can also contact customer service at the number on your ID card for assistance locating a provider. ~ Kayla
