How can I get an EOB for a specific claim when it is not available and says the following (at the bottom where you would normally download the EOB): The EOB document for this claim is not available at this time. If we do not provide primary coverage, your benefits and claim information is available from your primary carrier. Otherwise, please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I need this EOB to download and submit for re-imbursement for my HRA before 3/31/2021
