2nd full round of COVID vaccine instead of waiting for a booster to be approved?

Since COVID vaccine boosters haven't been approved yet, I was considering getting the full vaccine again about 8 months after my 2nd vaccine (which was in February). Am I at any greater risk of complications from the vaccine if I got a the full vaccine (both injections) again?
