ID Card or Membership ID

I never received a welcome letter or ID card and my coverage started in July. I've been sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting to receive my ID number with no alternatives. Anybody that can help?

    Hi Trey, If you have prescription drug coverage through Prime Therapeutics or with us directly, instead of another vendor, you can sign in to your Blue Access account at www.bcbstx.com, or create an account if you do not have one already by clicking the Log In option and then New User? Register Now. You can then click the My Coverage tab on your Blue Access account and select the option to print a temporary ID card. If your coverage is with another vendor you will need to contact them to find out how to get an ID card.

    If you need an ID card mailed to you we're happy to do that for you. You can send us a private message with your plan ID and we can order a card for you. ~ Kayla
