I had some wellOnTarget Blue points. Last week my insurance is expired (Basically my employer chose another Insurance provider). Is there a grace period inside which I am allowed to redeem my wellOnTarget points?
As points are accumulated till the last day of my insurance. Ideally there should be a grace period of few weeks/months to redeem the earned points before those gets expired.
I'm sorry, we are not able to make an exception. ~ Kayla
Is there any exception on this?
Thanks. But there isn't mention of that in any policy or insurance document.
Hi Rocky, Unfortunately Blue Points expire at the time your coverage with us ends. There is no grace period in which to use these points. ~ Kayla
