Having just signed up, I want to give you my new bank account number. But cannot find where to change my profile on this site.
This website is great but totally useless for this simple issue. What a waste of my time (hours scanning FAQs!)
We had to change our bank account number because of a security breach and now your system fails to offer a way to change our receiving bank account information.
So how can I get BCBS of TX to change my profile?

Hello, To view information about your plan and change your payment information you will need to create a Blue Access for Members account on our website, www.bcbstx.com. This Connect website is not tied into your medical plan.
