Have called four times - still have no ID card - no help over phone - they just say not approved by Medicare yet. Need my card for doctor visits!!!

I changed to  BCBS in December - got an approval letter, and another letter stating my ID package would be here by Jan 16.  Still nothing!!  Called two weeks ago and the rep said it would be approved by Medicare in a day or two. It has been a week and a half and still no card.  HELP!!!

  • Hi Georgia- We can help with this. We'll need you to private message us with your policy ID (if you have it from the letter) and a contact phone number where we can reach you. If you don't have your policy ID, we'll need the name of the policy holder and the address, so that we can look it up. If you have the policy ID and group number, you can also print a temporary card from your Blue Access for Members account. --Tonya
