Hello, I cannot connect to my account via online or the phone app. I am an American Airlines employee and I used to be able to just open through the portal at work. I have changed my password multiple times and I have tried from multiple browsers.

Hello, American Airlines requires that their employees contact customer service at the number on your Id card for assistance. They will be able to direct you on how to get this resolved. ~ Kayla
