I have to use an out of network provider for my daughter. How can I electronically submit the invoices to BCBS for reimbursement?

Hi Carrie, You can file your itemized bill or receipt along with the claim form found here - https://www.bcbstx.com/pdf/formfinder/medical-claim-tx.pdf - through the Message Center on your Blue Access for Members account on our website - https://members.hcsc.net/wps/portal/bam. To create an account you will want to click New Member? Register Now. The Message Center will be located at the top of the page once you have signed in. ~ Kayla
