Adding an address

How can you add an address for a provider in network w/ BCBS. I do not wish to change the address but add a second address for claim submission?

I have clinicians who will be working contract and they are already credentialed with BCBS but at another address, they will also be seeing patients in my clinic, how can I add our address to their BCBS contract, is that possible for them to see patients at another location? I do not want to change the address as they will continue to see patients at the other address listed on their contract as well.

I wish to bill claims as Individual and not group using their own Tax ID and NPI
