How can I speak to a provider services representative? I cannot get past the IVR system and there is no way to communicate on Availity -please assist.

Hello my name is Lucy and I am sending a message from a providers office I am unable to get a hold of customer service for benefits on a knee gel injection, and cortisone injection that are performed under Ultrasound Guidance.  We use the following CPT codes J7326, J7324, J7325, J7318, J7323 J1030, 20611.  In IVR for Federal BCBS it does not list that service and no matter what benefit we pick to get to customer service we are unable to speak with representative please have someone call to also show us where this information is in availity so that we dont have to call
