I enrolled through my employer and I have not received anything from BCBS yet. The insurance was supposed to become active starting this month. I do not have any id nor policy number and unable to register online and obtain my insurance information. How do I find out about my policy information ?

I have not received any documents from my employer- I thought I had the same insurance as last year.. My deductable was 2000 and I just called and spoke with one of your nice agents and she said my deductable is 6000 - My MRI in need is not covered - MY Group Number is 322897 now It was 322896
