I enrolled through my employer and I have not received anything from BCBS yet. The insurance was supposed to become active starting this month. I do not have any id nor policy number and unable to register online and obtain my insurance information. How do I find out about my policy information ?

Hello, You can find information on your policy by logging into Blue Access for Members at https://members.hcsc.net/wps/portal/bam. However, if you have a specific question about the denial of coverage, please send us a private message and our team can check on that for you. ~ HC
