I am a member and have been for many years. Recently, I tried to log in and had to start all over - create an account. I simply wanted to check on a claim for hearing aids on the message center that I processed on 8/25. This is very disturbing and I want to know exactly what is going on . please advise/ contact me ASAP!
Hello, To view your claims you would need to log in to your Blue Access for Members account on our website, Blue Cross Blue Shield - Login (hcsc.net). This is a different website than this Connect site and they do not use the same log in information. This is why you had to create a new account to log in to Connect. If you are unable to log in to your Blue Access for Members account at the link above please send us a private message and we can have someone look into what's going on. ~ KW
