Freestyle Libre 14 day senors and glucometer

I was diagnosed with Diabetes and kidney disease and I've been prescribed the Freestyle Libre14 day glucometer and sensors. I was receiving them at no cost until recently...I am now being charged $75.00 every 14days. Is this not covered by my insurance (or Express Scripts) anymore? If not, is there another glucometer similar to this that is covered by BCBS? I check my blood sugar daily and I cant used the traditional glucometer anymore, its too painful to use. Thank you.
