My employer enrolled us with Anthem and my coverage is supposed to start today. I don't have a member or group ID yet, so I don't have a card, but I may have broken my finger and need to see a doctor asap today. Please advise.
Hi Sean, I'm sorry to hear about your finger. We are a different company from Anthem, so we would not have access to that information. You will need to contact them for assistance. Your human resources department should be able to help you with this. ~ KW
