My hours got cut back at work and I am really struggling to pay my premium. Can I change my payment due date?

I am now working less hours than I was when I enrolled. Can anything be done to make my payment a bit more manageable?

  • Good morning, Premium amounts are set by the plan you enroll in and unfortunately since it is outside of the open enrollment period you would not be able to change plans unless you meet the criteria for a special enrollment period. If your plan was obtained through the healthcare exchange you will need to contact them to see if you meet this criteria.
