I can't sign into the blue cross site because it needs my member id to sign in - and my member ID doesn't have enough numbers (or letters).
When I call blue cross, it "answers" but there's nobody there (twice). And, like everybody else, I got a bunch of pointless emails this morning that were sent out by mistake. This is the most poorly run company I have run across in a very, very, very long time.
