my copay is ZERO for medical and behavioural health

so why is MDLIVE showing a charge in order for me to utilize their telehealth services???

I have tried to be on the phone with BOTH, but no one seems to know what to do.

MDLIVE is not able to VERIFY my insurance!!!!!
