Inability to Sign into Online Account

I do not recall ever signing up online but when I put in my ID number, it says an account was already created. How do I log in since there are no direct numbers to call?

    That's frustrating! I had a similar issue once. Have you tried the "forgot password" option? Sometimes a default account gets created automatically. If that doesn't work, maybe try checking if your ID number is associated with any email address you might have used for other online platforms.
