Hi Astrodog9, The private message response is in the same location as where you first sent us your original message. Yoou can see this by clicking the text box icon in the upper right-hand corner. You can also contact customer service for assistance at the number on your Id card. ~ KW
I'm not seeing a new response. I still only see the guidance the click on notification box on top right, but there is nothing new to view.
