I am a new member and have not received my card yet, what is my id #and Group #
Here is the predicament I am in.
I enrolled on ACA Healthcare.gov for BCBSTX HMO plan over the weekend, and even made my first payment.
The first email I get from BCBS was yesterday and was like a warning email saying that my PCP is missing and I need to select within 5 days or one will assigned. I am really confused.
The best part is I receive a Welcome email from BCBS today but the email is useless as it has no information about Member ID or Group Id to create an account.
The MAIN ISSUE is I don't have any way to log into account to select a PCP, since I don't have any member info to create an account.
Appreciate some help from BCBS or someone who has gone thru this, as already two days passed by since I paid and got the welcome email. Thanks!
P.S. There is no place to send a private message. I searched if there was an customer service email but I could not find one. All the emails I received had "NoReply" email addresses on them.
