I am the primary insurance holder, but my wife (who is on my policy as well) manages most of our medical care, appointments, and bills. Currently she logs into BAM under my account, but should she have her own access? When I attempted to register her using my ID number, I got an error saying that the individual was not found.

Hello, I’m having the same issue and would like to know how to send a private message to BCBS for help so she can create a login. Our insurance card only lists me and doesn’t have a section listing dependents, but when I log in to my insurance portal it does list her as a dependent and says she has coverage. Is she supposed to receive an entirely separate insurance card with her own member #? Thank you
