Can't login to my account + username/application issues

While I was trying to apply for coverage earlier this week, I ran into technical issues and ended up making two usernames for my account (because I tried twice to send in an application, but ran into payment problems both times). Now, (1) I can't login into my account with either username, even though I've paid the first month's premium; AND (2) there's two identical applications!

What do I do? When I called the Internet Help Desk they claimed they didn't have EITHER of these usernames on file, only an old username from coverage that expired a long time ago. Thanks.
