That’s why we offer new Wellness Guidelines each year that include specific recommendations for preventive care, immunizations and screenings for adults, children and pregnant women. The right preventive care can help find health problems early when they can be managed better and treated before they develop into more complicated, chronic illness.
Use the Wellness Guidelines to find out what preventive care you and your family need to stay healthy. The guidelines are available in English and Spanish in a PDF format for easy downloading or printing.
