The Evidence of Coverage (also known as EOC) explains complete coverage for the plan in which a member is enrolled.
Information you will find in your EOC includes:
As a Medicare member you will receive your ANOC via mail by Sept. 30. Other member materials such as the EOC, pharmacy directory and provider directory can be easily accessed online at www.bcbstx.com/medicare. Changes and benefits outlined in the material you receive in September will become effective the first of the new year.
Now You’re Informed
We’re here for you if you have questions. Call the customer service number listed on the back of your member ID card.

Trying to find out exact provider listing for bcbstx Montgomery county for basic HMO. in 2018 access was limited to Renassiance Provider Group and was more restrictive than indicated on the website provider listings. Is that the case in 2019? I tried calling help numbers and received no real help in getting an answer
Hi Don, For information on diabetes please contact your doctor. If you have a specific medication or service that you'd like to verify coverage for under your plan with us please send us a private message. You will need to contact Medicare directly to see what items they cover. ~ Kayla
