    Unable to login. Enter username and password and it says "We are now logging you in" and then disappears and goes back to secure member log in screen with no change. Tried different browsers and from incognito mode.

    I signed up for health coverage with BCBSTX through my employer. I do not have ID cards yet and do not know how to get them. I cannot log on because I do not have a member ID available.
