My Coverage Explained
To make it easy for you to pay your bill, we have several options for you to choose from.
Online Payment:Visit the OrbiPay® secure website*, for instructions on how to pay online.
Automatic recurring payments:Call Customer Service toll free at 800-538-8833 or log into your Blue Access for Members (BAM) account to set up recurring electronic funds transfer (EFT).
Personal check over the phone:Call the OrbiPay* payment line at 844-642-9414. Have your member ID number, bank routing number and bank account number ready.
In person:Bring a copy of your invoice, which includes your member ID number and your "receive code," to any of the MoneyGram® locations near you (including most Walmart, ACE Cash Express and CVS stores) and pay with cash. MoneyGram locations in Walmart stores also take debit card payments.
Debit card: Call 866-654-8569 and follow the instructions. Or log into your BAM account and look for the Billing & Payments section.
By mail:Mail your personal check, cashier's check or money order with your member ID number to the address on your invoice. Be sure to include your payment coupon in the envelope.
* BCBSTX has contracted with a third-party vendor, Alacriti Payments, LLC, to process your ACH/electronic check payment. In order to process this payment, you will be redirected to Alacriti’s secure site, OrbiPay. If you have any problems with your payment, please contact BCBSTX customer service at 888-697-0683.
