I would like to file a complaint about a doctor who is a BCBS provider. Is there a form on your website, or an email/snailmail address?

Good morning, I'm back again and I'm still having the same issue with these BCBS reps. We handled several of your provider billing and I'm trying to get serval claims sent back for manual pricing. On the provider claim summary it shows BCBS of TX didn't allow anything, yet they keep telling us to file an IDR. Which we unable to do because nothing was priced. How are we going to negotiate a $0.00 amount? Make it make sense. Can someone train these reps about manual pricing?

Hello, To speak to a Customer Advocate regarding a claim, please call 800-451-0287 and have the 13-digit claim number ready to enter. See the IVR Claims Caller Guide for detailed instructions. Page 2 lists the Alpha touch-tone reference guide. Alpha touch-tone is available as an alternative to voicing alpha-number mixed information. ~ KW

I'm already doing that! And y'all are still not listening or wanting to work. Like I ask the rep was pricing done and they keep saying that nothing done. Like why they are okay with allowing line items to be priced at $0.00? We can't negotiate or arbitrate when nothing is priced or allowed. We only ask for y'all to send the claim back and price it.
