Hi JF, I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with us. If there is anything we can do to help please send us a private message. ~ KW
I encountered this issue on several occasions with BCBS TX reps. They are very unprofessional and disconnect your phone call if they don't know the answer. If you message them here there is nothing that they can do about it. It is very frustrating that our time get wasted. I also worked with BCBS for 7 years and I was so shocked that their employees can now freely do something like this.
I'm already doing that! And y'all are still not listening or wanting to work. Like I ask the rep was pricing done and they keep saying that nothing done. Like why they are okay with allowing line items to be priced at $0.00? We can't negotiate or arbitrate when nothing is priced or allowed. We only ask for y'all to send the claim back and price it.
Good morning, I'm back again and I'm still having the same issue with these BCBS reps. We handled several of your provider billing and I'm trying to get serval claims sent back for manual pricing. On the provider claim summary it shows BCBS of TX didn't allow anything, yet they keep telling us to file an IDR. Which we unable to do because nothing was priced. How are we going to negotiate a $0.00 amount? Make it make sense. Can someone train these reps about manual pricing?

We handled several of your provider billing and I'm trying to get serval claims sent back for manual pricing. I've called 4 times, and each rep doesn't know anything about NSA or QPA. Who's training these people? Clearly on the provider claim summary it shows BCBS of TX didn't allow anything, yet they keep telling us to file an IDR. Which we unable to do because nothing was priced. How are we going to negotiate a $0.00 amount? Make it make sense. Can someone train all these reps about manual pricing? This is only an issue with BCBS of TX reps and if the patient has a host plan in TX.
