is tortilla bread?

As a family we are trying to eat healthier. When my grandmas doctor said limit bread to 2 slices a day,we all decided to cut back to two slices. do corn or flour tortillas count bread?

Hi great question. Yes both corn and flour tortillas are considered a bread source or carbohydrate.
