Understanding your health benefits is important. Still, it may be confusing at times. It can even seem complicated if your employer offers a lot of benefits.

Often, people don’t make the most of their health benefits simply because they’re hard to understand and manage. To make it easier, many Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas health plans offer a digital hub for members — MyEviveTM*. 

The MyEvive hub leaving site icon makes it simple to find, organize and use your health benefits — including pharmacy, dental and vision benefits. Some employers may even add financial and retirement resources on the hub.

You can create a customized version of the MyEvive hub with your most-used benefits. When you do, you’ll get personal care reminders, custom health alerts and more sent right to your email or phone. Whether you use the MyEvive app or web page, you can check your health benefits 24/7.

You and your covered family members can access your benefits any time from a computer, tablet or smart phone. On the platform, you’ll find a series of tiles organized by category that link to your health benefits.

MyEvive also makes it easy to connect with Blue Access for Members℠, our secure member portal. With single sign-on and quick links to helpful tools and resources, BAM allows you to:

  • Click to call or chat with a health advocate
  • View plan information
  • Check claim status
  • Order a replacement member ID card
  • Find in-network providers
  • Get cost estimates for more than 1,600 procedures, tests and services
