Digital Hub Helps You Use Your Benefits

Understanding your health benefits is important, but it can be confusing. It’s even harder if your employer offers many benefits to choose from.  

People often don’t use their health benefits to the full extent, because they can be difficult to understand, use, and manage.

To make it easier, some Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) health plans include a digital hub for members, called MyEviveTM*. The MyEvive hub makes it simple to find, organize and use your workplace’s health benefits, including pharmacy, dental and vision. Some employers may also include all your other employee benefits, like financial and retirement planning resources, on the hub.

You can customize your Evive experience by pinning your most-used benefits for easier access on the benefits page, and you’ll also get personal care reminders, custom health alerts, and more sent right to your email or phone. Whether you use the MyEvive app or the Evive web page, you’ll be able to check your health benefits 24/7.

With a single sign-on, you and others on your plan can access your benefits from a computer, tablet, or smart phone. On the platform, you’ll find a series of tiles linking to your health benefits.

MyEvive also provides a link to the BCBSTX Blue Access for Members℠ (BAM℠) account portal, where you can access tools and resources related to your BCBSTX benefits.  In BAM you can:

  • Click to call or chat with a health advocate
  • Easily view plan information
  • Check claim status
  • Order replacement member ID card
  • Find-in network providers
  • Get cost estimates for more than 1,600 procedures, test, and services
