Please consider sharing your feedback by completing the member experience survey you may be getting soon. You may get either the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey or the Qualified Health Plan Enrollee Experience (QHP EES) survey.
The surveys are designed to collect information about the health care you have had through your health plan. The results of the surveys will identify our strengths and areas of improvement. This information can help us better meet your needs and improve the quality of care you get.
The member experience surveys ask about health care topics important to you, such as getting needed care, how well your doctor communicates, health plan customer service and getting needed prescription drugs.
You will be asked to rate your overall satisfaction with recent experiences with your:
Starting in February, a random sample of eligible members will receive a survey in the mail. You have the option to complete the survey by mail, web or phone. A pre-paid envelope is included if you’d like to return your survey by mail. The survey will take about 12 minutes to complete.
Every response matters. We know your time is valuable. Please take the time to answer all of the questions. Your feedback for every question is important.
Your participation is voluntary. You do not have to participate in the survey. If you do, you do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to answer. Your participation and answers will not affect your benefits.
Your privacy is protected. Your responses are anonymous. We will not share your name or answers.
