Provider complaint

I would like to file a complaint about a doctor who is a BCBS provider.  Is there a form on your website, or an email/snailmail address?

  • I am one of your providers and have called your company to get some assistance with a claim that was incorrectly denied. Your representative Sarah and your supervisor Liz L. were so incredibly rude to me that I am currently filing an report against them with TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE. I worked for BCBSTSX for over 8 years and I have NEVER heard ANY OF YOUR EMPLOYEES be so incredible hateful to one of your providers. Keeping in mind, if you didn't have providers, you would be out of business. I will make sure to speak with a higher up manager TODAY BEFORE THE END OF DAY. THIS IS INCREDIBLY UNACCEPTABLE.
  • I encountered this issue on several occasions with BCBS TX reps. They are very unprofessional and disconnect your phone call if they don't know the answer. If you message them here there is nothing that they can do about it. It is very frustrating that our time get wasted. I also worked with BCBS for 7 years and I was so shocked that their employees can now freely do something like this.
