Everytime I try to log in I get notice that the portlet is "temporarily" disabled. I put temporarily because a multi-billion dollar company shouldn't have this problem ALL of the time. It doesn't matter what computer or internet browser I use to try to log in, same error message. I don't want to waste 40+ minutes of my time to get someone on the phone. Can we please get this fixed already?" I SECOND this comment from a YEAR ago on this site. Im just trying to pay a bill and I can't even seem to do that on this website. WOW. Anyone else?! I will be writing reviews elsewhere as well.
The occurrence of such technological and website okayed issues is common. They are doing their best in sorting out these issues so that I can do my essay without facing any type of issue in the future. Grateful to them for solving one of my greatest issues so far.
