Everytime I try to log in I get notice that the portlet is "temporarily" disabled. I put temporarily because a multi-billion dollar company shouldn't have this problem ALL of the time. It doesn't matter what computer or internet browser I use to try to log in, same error message. I don't want to waste 40+ minutes of my time to get someone on the phone. Can we please get this fixed already?" I SECOND this comment from a YEAR ago on this site. Im just trying to pay a bill and I can't even seem to do that on this website. WOW. Anyone else?! I will be writing reviews elsewhere as well.
The website and mobile app are absolutely terrible. What is the point in having these services if everything on them is unavailable. I am never able to access my ID card, benefits, claims or prior authorizations. It's absolutely ridiculous and beyond frustrating especially when you have a young medically complex child and can't constantly sit on the phone.

I REGRET purchasing my plan throught BCBSTX. Everytime I try to log in through the website or the app, it is always down! I think in the last 7 months i have been able to log in once? What is going on!

The site is ridiculous. You have to log in twice for it to finally give you a message that "The page isn't working" The mobile app isn't much better, it's always glitchy.
