Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM) has features to help you make the most of your health benefits! Our secure member portal lets you:
- Check the status of your claim and claim history
- Confirm the family members who are covered under your plan
- View and print an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement for claims within the last 18 months
- Find a doctor or hospital in your plan’s network
- Set your email and text alert preferences for notifications
- Request a new or replacement member ID card, or print a temporary one
