Roasted Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients: Makes 11 servings

1 3/4 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons canola oil
7 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until green beans are well coated with canola oil. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and bake until tender, 5-10 minutes.
