Ingredients: Makes 8 servings
1 TBSP Grey Poupon1 TBSP Olive/Canola Oil 90/10 blend1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice1 TBSP Ketchup1 TBSP Cajun Seasoning1 tsp Tabasco Sauce3 TBSP Light Mayo1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers12 Ounces Green Cabbage, Shredded
Directions:Combine mustard, oil, lemon juice, ketchup, Cajun seasoning, tabasco and light mayonnaise in bowl and whisk. Add peppers and cabbage to the dressing and toss thoroughly to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
