Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients: Makes 20 Servings

Salad and Salad Dressings

1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup light mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, blue cheese crumbles, salt, pepper, garlic, and mayo until combined.
  2. Refrigerate up to 1 week.

Serving size:
2 Tablespoons
